The holidays are here, so why not change up your usual smoothie recipe for this delicious egg nog protein smoothie.
- 8 ice cubes
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup of egg nog
- 1/2 cup of almond milk (or as much as you want for consistency)
- 1/8 teaspoon each of nutmeg, cinnamon and cardamom
Blend it all up and add some more spices on top and you are good to go. We hope you enjoy!
